Kirk claimed that Epstein, who was found dead in a jail cell in 2019 while on trial for sex trafficking charges, developed an "elite social circle" by means of blackmail through his willingness to engage in "immoral" and "reprehensible" behavior in order to "live the high life."
The "Epstein playbook" is being used in real-time, according to Kirk, by intelligence communities and special interest groups to blackmail the elite and members of Congress, who he believes have information on the disgraced pedophile but refuses to disclose said information due to fear of being blackmailed.
Additionally, Kirk claimed that he believes Epstein's style of blackmail also plays out in other areas of US politics and provided examples that include why the US-Southern border remains wide-open, why the FBI is getting a new headquarters building, and why the government doesn't cut spending.
Kirk explained, "Jeffrey Epstein was not a financier. He was not a hedge fund manager. Jeffrey Epstein was a key player in a multi-decade blackmail operation against the most powerful people on the planet brought to you by our government."
How he was able to pull this off, Kirk said, was that Epstein was "cast for a role."
"It's nothing new that if you're in the Intel agencies, you want to try and get as much blackmail on powerful people as possible," said Kirk. "And this is no longer just speculation."
"First of all, the evidence that shows that Epstein was a creation of either Mossad, Israeli intelligence, American intelligence, Saudi intelligence. Or maybe he was just a hired gun," said Kirk. "Maybe he was just the guy that countries would go to and park a couple hundred million bucks and say, 'Hey, can you get one of the members of the royal family with a 13-year-old so we can get them to do what we want to do or whatever.'"
"And this is now probably still occurring in real-time," Kirk continued. "Tim Burchette, Congressman, says, 'Look, why is it that the FBI is getting a new headquarters? Why is it that the border doesn't get secure? Why is it we don't cut spending?' Because members of Congress are actively being blackmailed."
"The Epstein playbook is being used on a daily basis," claimed Kirk.
"This pandering stuff that's going on now, it's just a distraction," he continued. "You're out of the country, whatever you're into, someone comes up to you, they're very attractive, laughing at your jokes, next thing you know, you're in the hotel room with them naked. You're getting ready to make a key vote, and some very well-dressed person comes up and whispers in your ear, 'Hey man, there's tapes out on you, and you really ought to not be voting for this thing.'"
Newly released documents on Wednesday that were previously kept anonymous revealed the names of multiple "elite" associates of infamous financier and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, which included testimony that Bill Clinton preferred "young girls" and had a close relationship with Epstein.
Further names are said to be released on a rolling basis.
