A presumably Jewish woman was left unconscious after a brutal attack, captured on CCTV footage, in London on Thursday night.

Two female assailants were seen pursuing the woman who was attempting to walk away and avoid conflict before they began hitting her repeatedly in the head.

As the woman attempted to run away across the street, the attackers chased her and knocked her to the ground, kicking her in the head until she was unconscious.

According to eyewitnesses, the perpetrators laughed over her body and exclaimed with glee "she's dead!" as they continued to kick her after she was unconscious.

Stamford Hill neighborhood watch Shomrim volunteers sprung into action to obtain CCTV footage and track down witnesses. They are reportedly supporting the victim and her family.

They dubbed the attack "antisemitic" on X.

While the victim has not yet spoken out, she is presumed to be an orthodox Jew due to her head covering. Stamford Hill is the home of one of Europe's largest Hasidic communities.

The Met Police said: “Our officers are aware of this incident and investigations are ongoing.”
