Jack Posobiec hosted retired Sgt. Mark Fusetti on his show Tuesday to speak about the developing case of the murder of a far-left journalist who was outspoken on social justice issues, downplayed violent crime and was “no fan of police officers” from what can be seen on his X account.

Posobiec reported that the victim, Josh Kruger, was shot seven times in his home which he noted “sounds like it's something personal.”

Fusetti revealed that he knew Kruger through social media and that they would have political disagreements in exchanges, however, the victim had reached out to him personally to say “things are getting way out of hand” and make peace. Kruger told him of the incident when his house was vandalized a couple of months ago and police took care in looking into the incident, which seemingly “helped him look at things a little differently.”

“My sources are telling me that this is definitely going to be somebody he knew,” he continued. “And, you know, possibly something more of a domestic issue with a partner or something.”

Posobiec elaborated that the Enquirer reported investigators finding methamphetamine and “concerning text messages.”

“You tie all that to a city like Philadelphia, that's been in such absolute chaos, this is how you lead to problems like this. And the problem, of course,” he continued, “is that … the DEA won't lock these people up.”

Fusetti shed light on the victim’s background: “He was homeless, made his way all the way back and wanted to be an activist for what he believed in. And, like I said, we didn't agree on anything really. But our back and forths were professional.”

He agreed with Posobiec that “this is an incident where he [is] the victim of what so many other people are victims of. Crime in this city that is just relentless, because Larry Krasner does not want to lock up criminals.”

He gave an example of the scenes of looting taking place in Philadelphia that have gone viral the past could weeks, noting that “Krasner is already out on the media tour telling people he's going to take it by a case-by-case basis.”
