Jack Posobiec discussed the apparent Fulton County DA docket that was leaked on Monday, seeming to suggest that a decision was already made on the Georgia indictment of former President Donald Trump.
"Folks, I have right before me ... a screenshot of the Fulton County DA docket," Posobiec said. "It reads, 'The State of Georgia versus Donald John Trump.' It has a case number. It has the file date, of today. Today. It has a judicial officer, Racheelle Carnesale... I have the case status open. It is a 13-count indictment on Donald John Trump."
Posobiec went on to name the accusations against Trump. "How did the Georgia Fulton County… DA have the results of the grand jury's vote even before the grand jury has voted? The grand jury is still accepting testimony right now. They're still taking testimony right now, in Fulton County, Georgia." "DA Fani Willis You done messed up, because this means you have now tainted this grand jury. You have tampered with your jury. You've told them what the results of their vote will be, or at least what you expect them to be." "We're going to keep you until we get the proper votes. We're going to make sure that you stay in this jury. We're going to make sure that you vote properly." Posobiec went on to mention that the process is backward, noting that the jury is supposed to hear all the evidence before making a decision. He added that the DA is supposed to make an ultimate decision based on the jury's decision. "Bad things are happening in Fulton County right now folks. Bad things are happening in Fulton County. [Alan] Dershowitz has this thing, the bananas. Four bananas to the Banana Republic right now. Fulton County, four bananas, because this is an entire bushel, an entire bushel."
