Man calls for extreme violence against women at London Trans Pride after cutting testicles off in prison

A man convicted for attempted murder and kidnapping who cut his testicles off while serving a 30-year prison term in the UK called for extreme violence against women at London Trans Pride on Saturday. He was given a stage and a microphone and the crowd of activists gathered around to listen.

Sarah Jane Baker said that if a person doesn't agree with a woman's views on biological sex, she should be punched in the face.

"I was gonna come here and be really fluffy," Baker said to the assembled crowd, draped in a trans flag while waving an Antifa flag, "and be really nice and say 'yeah, be really lovely and queer and gay.' Nah. If you see a TERF, punch them in the f*cking face!"

The crowd erupted into cheers, hoots, and hollers.

Baker, who was imprisoned after being convicted of kidnapping and torturing her stepmother's brother, was then convicted in prison for the attempted murder of another inmate. Baker also cut his own testicles off in prison. He is a staple at London Trans Pride.

Baker wrote a book about being trans and in prison and began the Trans Prisoner Alliance. Baker has been vocal at London Trans Pride, and made public threats against the life of JK Rowling, carrying signs that read "Kill JK Rowling."

"I used to love you, I used to love your books, I thought you was kind, I thought you was amazing. When I sat in my own prison cell, before I [unintelligble] my own testicles, I used to think, you know, if she was here she would support me, she would back me," Baker said in 2022 through a megaphone to cheering crowds.

Baker then led the crowd in a chant of "trans rights are human rights." Baker has also indicated that he'd like to run for Parliament.

London Trans Pride convened a gathering on July 8 at Trafalgar Square, encouraging people to bring signs and wear face coverings.

Met Police responded in a statement, allegedly saying, "I have reviewed the matter you reported to us which relates to Sarah Jane BAKER stating if you see a TERF you should punch them in the face."

"TERF: trans-exclusionary radical feminism," it continued, "This is not a hate crime. A TERF is not a protected characteristic under the legislation." A TERF would be a person's opinion, whether this opinion is viewed as discriminatory in itself or not."

The statement went on to seemingly justify the proposed violence, adding, "The female is suggesting (inciting) members of the crowd to punch individuals who act on this belief. This is not targeted at an individual, this is in a hypothetical situation."
