COVID-19 Pandemic Drives U.S. Population Growth to All-Time Low

Due to the pandemic, America’s population grew at the lowest rate on record this year, according to Census Bureau data released Tuesday.  The number of U.S. residents grew by just 0.1 percent for the 12 months ending July 1, showing just how much the pandemic is changing the country’s demographics, the Wall Street Journal reports.
