Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton revealed Saturday that a federal court temporarily paused the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate against private companies.

Indeed, the state sued the Biden administration over the mandate, which requires private companies with over 100 employees to require their employees to get vaccinated, or succumb to weekly testing and mask wearing.

“Yesterday, I sued the Biden Admin over its unlawful OSHA vax mandate,” Paxton wrote in a tweet. “WE WON. Just this morning, citing ‘grave statutory and constitutional issues,’ the 5th Circuit stayed the mandate.”

The court said the stay will hold “pending further action,” per Just the News.

As previously reported by Human Events News, businesses have until January 4 to implement the mandate.
