Nikki Haley is well on her way to being re-elected, the Washington Times reports:
Republican South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley holds a 10-point lead over her Democratic challenger ahead of next month???s election, according to a Winthrop University poll released Wednesday in which more than half of the respondents say economic conditions in the state are fairly good.
Ms. Haley, the state???s first female and Indian-American governor, leads state Sen. Vincent Sheheen by 44-34 percent, the poll found, with more than 12 percent of likely voters still undecided.
