Allen West responds to attack ad that shows him punching out white women

Rep. Allen West (R-FL) appeared on Fox and Friends this morning to discuss the ad recently run against him, by a Super PAC his Democrat opponent’s father founded, which depicts West as a boxer punching out a couple of white women.  Besides covering the obvious racial double standard in play, West capably dealt with the actual Medicare-scare text of the ad:

As far as I know, no prominent black leader has stepped forward to defend West or criticize this ad, they way they would be dominating headlines by howling in outrage if he were a Democrat.  The last comment from the Congressional Black Caucus about West, who is a member, involved complaints that he retroactively insulted them by bringing Chick-fil-A sandwiches to a meeting six months ago.
