In a clip on FOX News Sunday Barack Obama lashes out a Republicans to pass his latest stimulus plan. Obama says he'll blame Republicans for the unemployment rate if his bill is not passed.
Rep. Paul Ryan responds to Obama's latest politicking. "When the president does things like this, it leads me to believe that he's not in bipartisan consensus-making mode, he's in a political class warfare mode and campaign mode. And that's not good for the economy."
