The speaking times of all Republican candidates have been announced for the Ames Straw Poll in Iowa, which will take place on Saturday, August 13,

After a brief introduction at 12:00 p.m. by the Iowa Republican Party Chairman Matt Strawn, the candidates will each be given 15 minutes on stage.

The list of candidates and their speaking times are:

12:40 p.m Governor Rick Santorum

1:15 p.m. Senator Ron Paul

1:50 p.m. Governor Tim Pawlenty

2:20 p.m. Representative Michele Bachmann

2:50 p.m Representative Thaddeus McCotter

3:15 p.m. Herman Cain

Other candidates will attend the Iowa Straw Poll, such as former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, but only candidates who purchased a booth at the event will be allowed speaking time.

Also of note is that Governor of Texas Rick Perry will be in South Carolina on the same day attending a RedState.com convention, which will bring in a large number of conservative activists. He is expected to make his presidential ambitions more clear at the event.

After all the candidates speak at the Ames Straw Poll, a vote will be taken and then closed at 4:00 p.m. Once the votes have been counted, Strawn will announce the winner.
