Who Lost Latin America?

On the heels of the state seizure of Boliva’s gas industry, Frank Gaffney points out some disturbing developments south of the border.

Gaffney’s conclusion: "The consequence of all these elections [of leftist leaders in South America] may well be the complete undoing of Ronald Reagan’s legacy of successfully countering and, with the notable exception of Castro’s Cuba, defeating totalitarianism in our hemisphere."
