"Sen. Ken Salazar said Wednesday he still isn't 'comfortable' with Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito.
"In a conference call with reporters, he said he has 'grave concerns' about Alito’s views on civil rights and the expansive power of the executive branch.
"Salazar, a Democrat, said he doesn't need a second meeting with Alito because he already has 'as much information from him personally that I need.'
"Does that add up to a Salazar vote against the Alito’s nomination to the Supreme Court?
"'I haven't yet reached my decision,' Salazar told reporters."
