No Cloture on Patriot Act

"According to ML Frist.  Cloture would have brought debate to an end, and it was not invoked.  Frist has objected to a short-term extension proposed by Sen. Leahy."
Cloture was not passed 52-47.
Republicans voting against were: Craig, Hagel, Murkowski and Sununu.
