After several weeks in which his daily briefings for reporters were half-filled, White House spokesman Scott McClellan faced a standing-room-only crowd on July 11, fielding no fewer than 41 questions about Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove. They ranged from ??¢â???¬?????Did Karl Rove commit a crime???¢â???¬ to ??¢â???¬?????Who is Karl Rove as it relates to this administration???¢â???¬

McClellan maintained he was not going to deal with questions that are ??¢â???¬?????in the context of an ongoing investigation.??¢â???¬ He actually appeared relieved to call on radio-talk-show host Les Kinsolving, known for his colorful long-winded questions, and Raghubir Goyal of the India Globe, who faithfully queries about India and Pakistan.
