Rep. Pat Toomey this afternoon - after seeing the activities at the polls - said about his fight to unseat liberal Sen. Arlen Specter in today's Pa. GOP Senate primary: "A lot of people will be surprised by how well we do in Pittsburgh and southwestern Pennsylvania."
The Toomey campaign also told HUMAN EVENTS that they've seen many Toomey volunteers at the polls around the state and few, if any, Specter people at those same polls.
