Despite the bashing by the liberal media, President Bush has continued to gain ground over Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry over the past month.
The CNN/USA Today/Gallup Poll completed on March 7 showed Kerry over Bush, 52% to 44%. The same poll completed March 28 showed Bush over Kerry, 51% to 47%. Many analysts believe Bush's climb and Kerry's fall are a result of the Bush campaign's successfully depicting Kerry as a flip-flopper, who is weak on defense, and has a long record of raising taxes.
