“How did we get to the point that we had illegal aliens just like running all over our trucks? Peachy, how did we get here?” Posobiec asked at the start of the segment.
Peachy replied that the collision occurred close to where he lives. “Yeah, I was doing some research on this. This accident happened, you know, not too far from me. The 10 Freeway … most people know it's the main southern interstate, goes from Santa Monica, California, all the way to Florida,” she explained, noting that the route is heavily traveled between Los Angeles, Riverside County, the Inland Empire, Arizona, and Nevada.
“This is the way to Palm Springs, Big Bear. You know, everyone in LA has done this route many, many times,” she said. “And the driving here is already kind of crazy. And it actually has gotten noticeably crazier in LA since the Biden era. I mean, there’s just noticeably worse drivers everywhere.”
Peachy continued, “I feel like I’m seeing these videos of these illegal Indian CDL holders almost every day. There’s like another death. We saw that one a few weeks ago — the guy made a U-turn, crossed a freeway, and killed a van full of Haitian immigrants.”
“In this case,” she said of Tuesday’s crash, “the guy … he killed three people and two of them, one of them was a 67-year-old retired basketball coach, like a beloved basketball coach from Pomona High School and his wife. And these were people in their sixties, they had retired and they were just, you know, driving home from somewhere and just boom. And it's just, it's terrifying.”
Peachy described how the tragedy felt personal to him. “I have a son who goes to college kind of out near there and he commutes this way, you know, frequently and I live in terror and this video does not give me any comfort,” she said.
She added that, according to his research, “California issues 25 percent of these CDLs to illegals.” Peachy said, “You apparently have to be legal to get a commercial driver’s license in this country. You’re supposed to have like a visa, all this. This guy crossed the border in 2022, was detained, and released by Joe Biden.”
“And now he’s driving a truck on our most crowded freeways filled with innocent people and children and families going on trips. How is this … would we give him, would we let him fly a plane?” Peachy asked. “And he was high and drunk or whatever — he was on meth, I think. How are we allowing this? And when will there be accountability to the truck-driving company, which should be banned from operating in this country? And I’m sorry, Gavin Newsom, who is now an accessory to mass murder.”
