A viral podcast clip featuring South African music producer Nota Baloyi has sparked widespread backlash after he called white South Africans "inferior" and compared them to animals.

The comments were made during an episode of The Hustlers Corner podcast, where Baloyi, speaking to DJ Sbu, claimed, “White people are an inferior species to us. We are homosapiens. They’ve got Neanderthal blood in them. This is the science…that was done by them… They studied this, and they realized that they are inferior to blacks.”

He went on to explain that the white population is shrinking and losing power, stating, “For us, it makes no sense to descend into the savagery that they have. Whatever land that they are holding on to, either way, their numbers are dwindling. Whatever leadership that they had is dying out as well.”

“We’re on the last generation, we’re dealing with the weakest whites the world has ever seen,” he continued. “White people are just below human beings, you are negotiating with an animal, a wild dog.”

After the clip gained traction online, Elon Musk, who is South African, reposted it with the caption, "Hmm." In response, Baloyi defended his statements, replying, "‘Interesting…’ All factual though!"

Renaldo Gouws, a former member of South Africa’s National Assembly, condemned the remarks, stating on X, “This will be the fifth incident of a prominent black person making insane racial remarks within 12 months in South Africa and, as is with the other four black individuals, the [South African Human Rights Commission] will ignore this statement too.”
