Real America's Voice reporter Ben Bergquist revealed to Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec on Thursday that while he was in the courtroom of the Trump trial, he witnessed firsthand a female juror look over and smile at Alvin Bragg as the Michael Cohen tape was being played the very moment Bragg said he would send Trump to prison.

Bergquist first said that most of the jurors seemed "disinterested" during the duration of the trial before describing the moment when a brunette female juror, the fourth one from the far side in the front row, smiled at Bragg in acknowledgment when the Michael Cohen tape was played in court on Tuesday.

"President Trump's attorney was replaying Michael Cohen's own words, basically showing how he's profiteering off of this entire trial and the fact that President Trump has been gagged, but this guy is making money and lying to everyone. And they played the audio clip of Michael Cohen, bragging about how great Bragg was, that Bragg is tearing down President Trump, that Bragg's gonna put President Trump in prison," Bergquist explained.

Ar that moment, he said, the juror "looked directly at Alvin Bragg. She smiled and shook her head, and I couldn't see what Alvin Bragg's response was, but there was a clear, direct interaction there."

Bergquist presumed that the juror was nodding at Bragg in approval, as if she was trying to say "thank you" and "I agree with what I'm hearing."

"And you're saying this was specifically when Cohen was talking about Trump going to prison?" Posobiec asked.

"Correct," Bergquist responded.
