It has been revealed that the first round of hostages taken by Hamas from Israel will be released from Gaza on Friday.

The Iranian-backed Palestinian terrorist organization reached a deal with the Israeli government earlier this week that will see civilians set free in exchange for a 4-day ceasefire.

In a press conference, Qatar's foreign ministry explained that the lists of hostages have been released to both sides, and that the implementation of the deal will be facilitated by Israel's secret service, the Mossad.

"The beginning of the [ceasefire] will be 7 am Friday," the spokesperson said, "and it will last, of course, 4 days, and the first batch of civilians to be released from Gaza will be around 4 pm the same day."

He noted that those being freed were 13 women and children.

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
