In those remarks, Trump will address the Deep State, which has engaged in obstruction, enabled political prosecution, and according to a recent IRS whistleblower, attempted to undermine Trump's 2020 election campaign even while he held the White House.
"Thanks as well to ALL the Republican Women of the great state of New Hampshire! You put your heart and soul into fighting for our party and our country. It’s a true honor to address the legendary Lilac Luncheon at your largest event EVER," Trump's remarks read.
The New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women holds the luncheon, and on June 22 put out a statement critical of Ron DeSantis, Florida governor and GOP presidential candidate, for scheduling a campaign event at the same time as their fundraiser.
"The Lilac Luncheon is the preeminent fundraiser of the largest grassroots Republican women's organization in the state and funds raised go directly to electing... Granite State Republican women," the president of the NHFRW said in the statement.
"For 7 years," Trump will say per released remarks, "all of us have been fighting side by side to rescue our country from sinister forces who hate it and want to destroy it—and now we are approaching the most important battle of our lives."
"All of us here today are on a mission to liberate our nation from a corrupt Washington Swamp that’s destroying America for their own power, profit, and personal gain. There is no better example than the most corrupt president in the history of our country, Crooked Joe Biden," he will offer, doing on to repeat a promise that has been with him since the beginning of his presidential ambitions.
"You can’t Drain the Swamp if you’re PART OF the Swamp—and Joe Biden and our other opponents are all owned, controlled, bought and paid for, 100 PERCENT."
Trump has repeatedly said that he would endeavor to remove the actors who are embedded deep within government agencies, those unelected officials who craft practice while legislators must make do with policy. These deep state agents within federal agencies are the ones who can put the brakes on investigations, drag their feet using bureaucratic red tape, and hinder the best efforts of elected officials to enact policy.

"When I am back in the Oval Office, I will totally obliterate the Deep State. I will appoint a REAL special prosecutor to investigate the Biden Bribery Ring. We will achieve complete independence from China."
While he was in office, the US was energy independent. But Biden's sustainable energy initiatives push the US back into China's arms as they are the leading manufacturer of electric batteries and solar panels.
"Today, I am proposing another new policy that will help us Drain the Swamp. To stop Biden’s wasteful spending and crippling inflation, I will fight to restore the president’s historic IMPOUNDMENT power. For 200 years, the president had the right to block unneeded spending and return the funds to the Treasury," Trump intends to remark.
This would give the president the power to enact spending limits, where Biden has been a proponent of increased spendings. The price tag on Ukraine aid alone continues to skyrocket.
"But the most important step in truly Draining the Swamp is to END the weaponization of our Justice System and the abuse of law enforcement to stop political dissent."
"As you know, 2 weeks ago, Crooked Joe Biden ordered his top political opponent arrested right in the middle of a presidential election in which he is losing."
This as the DOJ is going after Trump on at least two fronts, engaging in a political prosecution to push him out of contention for the 2024 presidential election. Trump is leading both Biden and DeSantis is the polls.
"It’s no wonder the Swamp is getting truly desperate as they see us leading big in all the polls."
"Ron DeSanctus," Trump intends to remark, having come up with many of quippy nicknames for the Florida governor, "OPPOSED my China tariffs—very simply, he sided with the Communists in China, I fought for the Workers of America. And when China targeted our farmers and Lobstermen, I gave them $28 billion dollars straight out of the tariffs China was paying—DeSanctus opposed that too." DeSantis recently told donors that he thought Trump's tariffs were ineffective.
Further harping on his closest rival, Trump intends to remark that "Unlike Ron DeSanctimonious—who voted to gut Medicare and Social Security and voted 3 times to raise the retirement age to 70—I will ALWAYS protect Medicare and Social Security for our great seniors."
"The Biden Border Crisis is also a drug and fentanyl crisis," Trump's remarks reveal. He has been outspoken on the issue of Biden's porous borders as well as the mounting fentanyl overdoses in the US. "Under my administration, we reduced drug overdose deaths in New Hampshire by 15 percent. Under Biden, they are UP 15 percent. I will destroy the cartels just as we destroyed the ISIS caliphate. I will deploy the US Navy to impose a full naval embargo on cartel trafficking. And when we catch drug dealers and traffickers, they will receive the DEATH PENALTY."
"If you took the five worst presidents in the history of the United States, and added them up, they would not have done near the destruction to our country as Joe Biden and the Biden administration have done. We are a failing nation. We are a nation in decline. And now these radical left lunatics want to interfere with our elections by using law enforcement. It’s totally corrupt and we can’t let it happen."
The House GOP has recently revealed, with the help of forensic accounting and by obtaining memos from paid FBI informants, that Joe Biden likely took millions in bribes from Ukrainian energy company Burisma during his time as Vice President, when he was tasked with implementing policy toward Ukraine. His son Hunter Biden sat on the board of Burisma at the time, earning $83,000 per month despite having no expertise or understanding of energy, energy policy, or Ukraine.
