Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell joined democrats to pass the whopping $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill on Tuesday.

The bill, which passed in the Senate 69 to 30, now moves to the House of Representatives for consideration, Just the News reports.

However, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she won’t allow a vote on the bill until the $3.5 trillion democratic reconciliation bill passes.

Prior to the vote, President Trump blasted McConnell as “overrated" because of his support for the bill.

“Nobody will ever understand why Mitch McConnell allowed this non-infrastructure bill to be passed. He has given up all of his leverage for the big whopper of a bill that will follow," Trump wrote in a statement, according to The Hill. "I have quietly said for years that Mitch McConnell is the most overrated man in politics—now I don’t have to be quiet anymore."

“He is working so hard to give Biden a victory, now they’ll go for the big one, including the biggest tax increases in the history of our Country,” Trump added.
