Earlier this week, Judge Henry Hudson of Virginia drew first blood against Obamacare, ruling that the federal government has no constitutional authority to force individual citizens to buy a bureaucrat-approved health care policy.

How big of blow was it?  "A tremendous blow," according to Newt Gingrich, in an exclusive sit-down with Human Events.

“If the federal government cannot require you to carry insurance, you undermine the entire financing structure of the Obama takeover of health-care. And so the [White House] is now faced with a very, very big challenge about whether or not the very core structure of the system works without it.

"In addition, it’s one more body blow that reminds the average American, ‘This thing needs to be repealed.’ ”

Gingrich believes that the House Republicans will repeal Obamacare by “March or April” of next year and send it to the Senate, where chances of repeal are highly, highly unlikely.
