Supporters of California's GOP's gubernatorial candidate got more than they paid for when they left a fundraiser for Meg Whitman earlier this week. As they entered and exited the Padre Hotel in Bakersfield on August 10, donors were harassed and shouted down as racists by members of the Service Employees International Union. One SEIU protester even accused a Whitman patron of domestic abuse, telling the surprised man to "go home and cuss at your kids and beat your wife, dumb ass!"
