CNN presented a program this week where former administration officials responded to a fictional cyber attack against America. Experts on CNN commenting on a fake story, how’s that different than any other day?
To make sure that people weren’t confused, CNN used a fake network – GNN – to provide updated information during the program. And, when the Neilson ratings came in, GNN had more viewers than MSNBC and CNN combined.
Conservatives gathered in Washington this week for the annual CPAC conference. The attitude compared to last year was upbeat and optimistic. Talk about climate change.
I guess the Democrats would call this past year a man-made disaster.
With the Obama presidency more and more in a shambles, the talk now is that maybe Obama would be better as a Supreme Court justice. That IS the perfect job for a
Democrat: you sit around all day in your robe and no matter how bad you are at your job, you can’t get fired.
It would be good for the American people, too, having Obama go from “the one” to the one-in-nine.
Just a question, if we were to repeal “Don’t Ask/Don’t Tell” wouldn’t that make the US army the gang that couldn’t shoot straight?
I’m still not so sure that Democrats and Republicans are that far apart. Republicans believe it’s morning in America, Democrats, meanwhile, are mourning in America.
We’re really not that far apart. At CPAC, the straw poll was won by Ron Paul. At a similar gathering of Liberals, the straw poll was won by transvestite model Ru Paul.
I think we can find middle ground on some issues. Like gun control. I think we can all agree that someone shouldn’t have a gun if they have a felony record, a psychiatric record or a Barbra Streisand record.
And, for those of you who aren’t sure if stupidity is a matter of nature or nurture, just remember, Ms. Streisand’s mother couldn’t even spell “Barbara.”
Just wondering, is the airplane the guy flew into the IRS building a tax deductible loss?
People are upset that Obama appointed a Muslim Brotherhood sympathizer to his administration. I’m not sure Obama knew what he was doing. Asked about Hamas, he said, “I like it with pita bread.”
I was watching a great special on PBS the other day, it was all about Washington in the 1970s and man, did it bring back memories, with names like Robert Byrd, Joe Biden and Max Baucus.
And in another insult to one of our allies, Barack Obama forced the Dali Lama to exit a meeting at the White House through the same area where the White House throws its trash. In an effort at damage control, Obama’s press secretary Robert Gibbs said, “what’s the big deal, they’re BOTH going to be recycled.”
