The HUMAN EVENTS caption contest is your chance to win $50 for the wittiest phrase. With over 100 submissions, it was hard to nail the most fitting caption, but the one submitted by Paul Schmutzler of Arlington, VA stood out to each of our six judges.
Schmutzler's caption: "Even this little girl knows that Hoover was president during the Depression!"
Schmutzler and each weekly winner's name will be printed in the HUMAN EVENTS print edition as well.
