Last night Sen. Clinton attended a gala dinner hosted by the (Hillary in the) White House Project. The Washington Post reported on the event here. The WHP, it may be remembered, it the supposedly "nonpartisan" organization dedicated to getting more broads in power.  It's hard to take the "nonpartisan" claim seriously, especially with women in attendance such as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Rep. Janice Schakowsky (D-Ill.), Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY.), Dee Dee Myers, Eleanor Smeal, Valerie Plame and Pat Schroeder, to name but a few.

Anyway, the party's guest of honor was Michelle Bachlet, who is the "self-described agnostic, socialist single mother" and president of Chile, and she was "universally beloved" in the room full of liberal divas. Well, what's not to love about an agnostic, leftist divorceé?

Hillary was one of the night's featured speakers. She sported her ubiquitous baby blue pantsuit, and was "introduced to whoops (very feminine), especially from the tables full of younger women in the back." Hill reminisced about "When I was told [Bachlet] was running for president, I thought to myself: 'Good for her!'" Mrs. Clinton also gave a shout-out to Geena Davis, who was in attendance, naturally. "Geena Davis starred in one of my most absolute favorite," she started to say, but was interrupted by cheers and laughter from the crowd, who thought she was thinking of a certain recently cancelled ABC show. "Of course," Hillary continued, "I'm talking about 'A League of Their Own.'" Very funny, Hillary.
