Tuesday and Wednesday the New York state parties will be holding their respective political conventions. The Dems will be meeting in Buffalo. State Party Chairman Herman says "It's going to be a glorious day" and that "of course, Hillary she's our superstar."
Mrs. Clinton will also be bringing along the biggest superstar in the Democratic pantheon, her husband. As such, the party has given out news credentials to over 200 media outlets, including from India, Pakistan and Japan. Of course, Hillary will receive negligible opposition in Buffalo, and the convention will serve as a coronation.
Meanwhile, the Republicans will be meeting in Hempstead to decide who will be the sacrificial elephant to run against Hillary. Kathleen McFarland and John Spencer will likely each get the 25% of the delegate vote needed for an automatic spot on the September primary ballot.
