The American Spectator posted a piece on its website Monday regarding the University of Washington students who refused the construction of a memorial to honor World War II hero and alum "Pappy" Boyington on campus. The student Senate is now considering a more general memorial possibly honoring all soldiers.

To me it seems to be one of those "everybody's special so nobody's special" kind of deals.
