Judge Samuel Alito’s answers to written questions submitted by senators were released just today.
Interestingly, Senators Edward Kennedy (D.-Mass.), Dick Durbin (D.-Ill.) and Patrick Leahy (D.-Vt.) - all of whom put forward questions – made up their minds to oppose Alito before receiving the answers.
So much for keeping an open mind and carefully reviewing all the facts.
