Apology to Sen. Dayton

My recent article, Kilgore Death Penalty Ads Didn't Cost Him Election, originally and incorrectly stated Senator Mark Dayton (MN) was excoriated for using a Hitler analogy.  In fact, it was Senator Dick Durbin (IL)—not Dayton—who was widely criticized for likening the treatment of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba prisoners, and the Abu Ghraib prison to FDR’s authorization of the internment of Japanese-Americans.  My apologies to Sen. Dayton.
