Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec and his wife, Tanya Tay, broke down the attacks that white boys and men have faced in the media and in Hollywood in recent years, as Arkansas Gov Sarah Huckabee Sanders has released an ad painting a 20-something white man as the face of welfare fraud in the state.
Posobiec said, “every single ad in America today, every time you see this, every single movie always portrays young white men as if in the negative. It always portrays them as if there's something wrong, as if they're to blame, they're lazy, they're entitled, it's their fault that everything's gone wrong in society.”
He asked, “How does that make you feel as a mother of two young white boys?”
Tay said that this has been “happening so consistently, only the blind will not see that.” She added that it “feels like an agenda to dehumanize white men, or at least target them.”
“And as a mom of two little boys, I feel like they will have to try twice as hard or three times as hard, I don't even know how much effort they need to put in at this point in order to even catch up with all the privileged and people with social points.”
Posobiec replied, “You mean that there are social programs that seem available to a wide variety of demographics in America, but as a mother of two young white boys, have you ever had anyone come to you and say, ‘Hey, we have this program for young white men that's available to them?’”
She replied, “First of all, nobody even talks about it anymore. White males are portrayed as those lazy; they are portrayed as completely lacking any discipline, which is completely not true because we have a very specific agenda that is targeting them.”
Posobiec later added that Gen Z young white men “are sick and tired of being blamed for everything in this country... They are sick and tired of being blamed for every single issue under the sun.”
He said that while he supported the underlying policy being explained in the Sanders ad, “What I have a problem with is the way that you depicted a young white male the same way because we know what’s going on. It's like the one group that you can make fun of, that you can mock, that's the butt of every joke, that is the butt of every ad.”
He later said, “Stop going after our white sons. How about that? Stop going after our white sons. And know something? If that makes you feel uncomfortable, that's not a problem with us. That's a you problem. That's a you problem because we'll stick up for every single other group in America except for white people, and that's a problem.”
