Jack Posobiec talked about a case out of the UK on Thursday’s Human Events Daily, saying that he's “a lot of online chatter, but not a lot of real-world response" regarding the stabbing death of 18-year-old university student Henry Nowak, who was killed in Southampton on December 3, 2025, after a violent confrontation during a night out.

“Elon Musk has been weighing in on this,” he added, before pointing to a civil lawsuit filed by a victim’s family against local police. “Mainstream media couldn’t care less.” He continued, “This is the case of a young student, a first-year university student named Henry Nowak. And Henry Nowak, on December 3rd, 2025, 23 years old, of Polish descent, he was walking home from a night out when a violent interaction happened.”

The suspect in the case is 23-year-old Vickram Singh Digua. Digua was “wearing a ceremonial Sikh knife,” adding that the weapon “was used to stab Henry Nowak five times," Posobiec said.

According to prosecutors, the stabbing occurred during an altercation after the night out. Nowak, a first-year accountancy and finance student at the University of Southampton, had been with his football team earlier in the evening and had consumed alcohol before walking home.

Court testimony has outlined that emergency services were called to the scene following reports of a violent incident. Posobiec said, “Officers from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Constabulary arrived at the scene,” where Digua allegedly claimed Nowak had racially abused him and initiated an attack.

"Trusting the suspect’s allegation, police then handcuffed Henry Nowak, who was heavily bleeding after being stabbed five times. They put him on the ground, and not only did he bleed out on the street, he died.” He continued, “They only began administering first aid after he collapsed and lost consciousness.”

Prosecutors have told the court that Nowak suffered catastrophic injuries. Prosecutor Nicholas Lobbenberg KC said: “Put simply, Henry drowned in his own blood with his lung having been cut by the knife going eight centimetres into him.” Digua is advancing a self-defense argument: “Vickrum Digua raises the defence of self defence. He persisted that Henry perpetrated a drunken racist attack. He says he doesn't recall exactly how the fatal wound came to be inflicted.”

The court also heard evidence that Nowak attempted to escape despite his injuries. Lobbenberg told jurors: “After he had been stabbed, Henry Nowak climbed on to a bin and over a fence to try and escape but he had already been fatally wounded.” Posobiec emphasized that point during his commentary, stating: “Nowak tried to escape. He tried to escape by getting over a fence.”

A 999 call played in court added another layer to the case. Digua’s brother told emergency operators: “We just been attacked by someone racially,” adding, “We just got attacked racially by some white person.” He continued: “Physically attacked my brother we're Sikhs, we wear turbans, and he attacked my brother.”

Jurors also viewed video footage recorded after the stabbing. In one clip, Digua is heard telling Nowak: “No one stabbed you bro you’re... up. You’re drunk.” His father is also heard saying: “He’s pretending, a minute ago he was talking to you guys. Now he’s trying to get up and going to leave.” Throughout the footage, Nowak is shown lying on the ground while those present dispute what happened in the moments before and after the stabbing. At various points, Digua and his family are heard accusing Nowak of racial abuse, while Nowak is heard denying the allegations.

"So where’s the international outrage when it’s a white student who gets killed like this? Where’s the media outrage? Where’s the political class putting up their outrage? Anything.” Posobiec asked. He added: “Where’s the sports teams putting him up on the jumbotron and holding a moment of silence during the national anthem?”

“Doesn’t happen because they don’t care about the victims in these cases.”

The prosecution has maintained that Digua inflicted the fatal stab wounds during the confrontation, while the defense argues he acted in self-defense following an alleged racially motivated assault. Digua denies murder and possession of a knife in public. His mother, Kiran Kaur, denies assisting an offender after allegedly removing the weapon from the scene, according to court evidence cited in reporting.
