As part of National Insider Threat Awareness Month (NITAM) on Tuesday, the U.S. Marine Corps hosted a training led by DprepSafety, a private contractor, on the alleged dangers of "incel white men." The two-hour session, officially promoted on the Marine Corps' own insider threat events page, promoted inside the USMC, and targeted at Corps leaders and contractors, demonstrates once again how the woke, deep-state agenda is still alive in the military and working to undermine actual readiness and the agenda of the administration. It is being promoted, funded, and embedded into the US military ranks.
The training, entitled "HQMC Virtual Workshop: Understanding and Addressing Incel Violence," was led by a panel of self-proclaimed experts: Dr. Brian Van Brunt, who bills himself as a toxic masculinity and "incel" expert and Dr. Chris Taylor, a Title IX consultant; and Christopher Usher, a threat assessment and security management contractor who lists his pronouns as "he/him." Together, they warned civilian leaders, DOD contractors, and active-duty officers that the insider threat is not foreign operatives, terrorist cells, or drug cartels, but young white men.

The trainers described incels as not merely isolated internet extremists, but as an entire "movement and philosophy" rooted in "whiteness, toxic masculinity, misogyny, and Euro-centric standards of beauty." Among their claims: "A Euro-centric description of beauty as a preference is a sign of inceldom," said Usher. In fact, they showed viewers their "Incel triangle," depicting what potential threats tend to look like.

Human Events, which accessed the call, witnessed firsthand, as Van Brunt proudly admitted, "I am certainly woke and kumbaya," before declaring, "We are doing this for the Marines." At another point, the trainers labeled incel culture itself: "This brand is toxic." They even suggested that incel ideology could be linked to autism. They connected the Nashville Covenant School trans shooter, who was a biological female who identified as male, to "incel pathology."

The purpose of the call was abundantly clear: to train the USMC to associate white, male Marines, the backbone of the Corps, as insider threats. Instead of teaching lethality, readiness, or warfighting skill, the training told listeners to look out for signs of "jealousy, anti-feminism, toxic masculinity, and whiteness" as red flags. When asked by Human Events whether such labeling could backfire, the panel admitted that their language was "problematic and could make things worse." Yet they recommended more "education, training, and classes" to push the same narrative—rephrased. This raises the obvious question: do these people not recognize that this kind of demonization is what drives young men into isolation in the first place? By telling Marines that their skin color, masculinity, and desire for a romantic partner are signs of danger, the DOD is creating the very alienation they claim to be preventing.

Under President Trump and Pete Hegseth, Americans were promised a military focused on lethality, readiness, and mission success. So why are taxpayer funds being funneled to self-proclaimed woke contractors teaching our Marines that the enemy is within and that it might just be them? This isn't some unaffiliated group. The Marine Corps' official NITAM website listed the event, making clear that it was approved and blessed by leadership, and almost certainly funded by the Department of Defense. Even worse, this same group of trainers has already hosted other similar sessions for the DOD and is scheduled to lead more, showing this is not a one-off incident but part of a larger pipeline of woke indoctrination embedded in military training.
This training is dangerous. It undermines morale, divides Marines against each other along racial and gender lines, and distracts from the core mission of the armed forces: winning wars. Scripture itself warns against such sowing of division. As Proverbs 6:16–19 (NLT) declares, "There are six things the Lord hates—no, seven things he detests: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that kill the innocent, a heart that plots evil, feet that race to do wrong, a false witness who pours out lies, a person who sows discord in a family." The military is a brotherhood. What could be more discordant than teaching them to view their brothers in arms with suspicion because they might fall into some ill-defined category of people, with suggestions that they themselves might be the threat?
The Department of Defense must immediately investigate DprepSafety, cancel these contracts, and root out woke ideology in the ranks. The military must return to readiness, lethality, and unity—not ideological indoctrination that demonizes its warriors. The enemies of America are watching. Instead of teaching Marines to fear "incel white men," we should be preparing them to defend this nation. There is no benefit to the Marine Corps, or any other branch, to continue to promote, fund, and embrace woke ideology. Woke should be thrown out of our military with extreme prejudice. That is the only way to promote unity in the ranks, protect the force, and defend the nation. It is our sacred duty.
