Moderna Requests FDA Authorization on COVID-19 Vaccine for Kids Under 6

Moderna on Thursday requested the FDA authorize its COVID-19 vaccine for children under six. 

The FDA is expected to make a final decision on the vaccine in June, which if approved would be available to children as young as six months, Just the News reports

Currently, the Pfizer vaccine is available to children as young as five, while Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are only available to adults.
