Joe Biden’s approval rating plummeted 6 points since August, landing at 43 percent, the lowest number of his presidency thus far.
The Gallup poll, released Wednesday was conducted from September 1 to 17, following the botched Afghanistan withdrawal, Just the News reports. In that same time period, cases of COVID-19 increased.
The latest decline in Biden’s approval rating is the second since June. Biden’s honeymoon ratings - near 55 percent - first dropped in July to 50 percent.
