Jack Posobiec spoke on Friday's edition of Human Events Daily about Elon Musk and the major unveiling Tesla had on Thursday of its newest car, bringing on Evita Duffy to talk about how migration from places that hate Western civilization is bad for hardworking Americans, with Posobiec drawing a contrast between Musk and immigrant lawmakers in Congress.
Posobiec opened his show on Friday talking about the unveiling of the Tesla Roadster that took place on Thursday, with the car being seen during the demonstration driving upside down, flying, and going zero to 60 in one second. “I've never seen anything like that before in my life. That was amazing. I showed that to my kids. We watched it last night multiple times. We watched it this morning a bunch of times.”
“And I'll tell you right now, not all immigrants are equal. Okay, not all immigrants are equal because you ever see Ilhan Omar do something like that? You ever see her come over, Rashida Tlaib and all these people, coming over from different parts of the world. But Elon Musk comes in. Look what he does. Elon Musk comes in, and you look at this, and it's one of those things where the future is back, baby. The future is back.”
He later added, “It's one of those things, folks, we look at it and you say that reminds me of what America used to be like, about what America used to feel like. That feeling of hope for the future, that feeling of the ability to be able to show something to — which I got to do as a dad for one of the first times in my life, right? To be able … to say, hey, look at this. This is something that's the future. This is something that's real.”
Posobiec brought on Duffy, who brought up the work of Elon Musk in conversation about the free things that Democrats are offering voters.
Duffy said, “I saw this tweet by John Doyle last night. I just thought it was so perfect. He said, you know, Democrats they would really think that if you took all of Elon Musk's wealth and you gave it to the Somalians, they would be inventing flying cars right now. And of course, that's an absurd thing to say. People are best, and society is best when we give them equal opportunity to thrive, instead of trying to redistribute wealth.”
Duffy spoke on how Democrats “want to import their new voter base because they know they can’t win over heritage Americans with any of this crap,” saying that these people “hate Western civilization. They actually hate everything that we’re about.”
“It turns out that America isn't just an idea. America has ideals that were created from a culture underpinned from an actual group of people, like a real civilization. And it's this idea that you can't just become an American based off of paperwork. But of course, the left—they don't believe in that. The neocons don't either, and they want to see us be fully subverted because that is how they maintain power. That's how they amass power. And it's ultimately not in the best interest of true American citizens who are putting in the work and have been for generations.”
Posobiec replied, “That's exactly right. And what you say about putting in the work is exactly that because it does actually take work to build things. That's the definition of building. I was talking about Elon Musk and this flying car, this incredible moment that he unveiled yesterday. And yes, that takes years of work. It actually takes a very, very long time.”
“That is cool, and that represents an actual push forward on the civilizational scale. That's what that is. And when I see something like that, I'm going to cheer it. And by the way, I'm also going to say, you know what? We should probably have a society that takes people like this and gives them the resources and the runway that they need.”
