A popular left-wing TikToker posted a meltdown on social media following the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity, according to video footage posted by the X account Libs of TikTok.

Lea DeLaria is an activist and actor who posted a video screaming about her belief that the current government needs to blow up political enemies. DeLaria claims the country is “at war” over the judicial branch’s decision to grant immunity to presidential acts.

“The Supreme Court has pissed me off so much right now. Like, so much right now,” DeLaria said.

The actress proceeded to plead to the “reasonable” current administration to take action against the presumptive GOP nominee.

“This is a f**king war. This is a war now,” DeLaria continued. “And we are fighting for our f**king country.”

The actress’s outrage comes after the Supreme Court ruled that all presidents have immunity from official acts done in their role as President of the United States. This allows all presidents, regardless of their political viewpoints, to act in the best interest of the country without fear of litigation.

The court’s majority said presidents and former presidents have absolute immunity from prosecution for official acts that fall within their “exclusive sphere of constitutional authority.” Former and current presidents do not enjoy immunity for unofficial or private actions.

In many left-wing spheres, commentators claim that bombing or murdering political opponents is now considered immune. It is not considered a presidential act to murder a political opponent.

Comedian Rosie O’Donnell posted a similar TikTok video wherein she held back tears and encouraged people to “reach out to [their] friends” and pray.

“You gotta hold on, we’ve survived all the depressing days so far. We’ll survive this one,” O’Donnell said. “Tell the people that you love how you feel. Know that this country I believe is gonna write itself and oust him for good in November.”
