On Monday's episode of Human Events Daily, host Jack Posobiec took a moment to remind his audience that not only did would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks almost kill GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, but also did in fact murder husband, father, and firefighter Corey Comperatore, who was sitting behind him.

Trump hosted a rally on the exact same grounds in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday where the incident took place. During the event, the former President played Ave Maria and hosted a moment of silence during a dedication to Comperatore, displaying his firefighter uniform on stage.

Posobiec stated that there are still "deep questions" that are needing to be answered about who exactly Crooks was, where he came from, why he was there, and why he was able to breach security so easily.

"This was a murder. And Thomas Matthew Crooks isn't just the person who attempted to kill Donald Trump, he is the person who murdered their father, who murdered her husband, and we need to get to the bottom of the fact of whether or not this guy was acting alone."

Posobiec's new book, available for pre-order now and which will be released on Oct 22, Bulletproof: The Truth About The Assassination Attempts On Donald Trump, explores exactly this. The book includes in-depth analyses from private investigators who went into Bethel Park where Crooks lived as well as up through Pittsburgh. "We're doing everything we can to actually try and figure out who this person was because I don't trust the feds," Posobiec said.
