Mike Davis of the Article 3 Project slammed New York Attorney General Letitia James and her "ongoing lawfare against President Trump," calling it "ridiculous." Davis appeared on Monday's episode of Human Events Daily with host Jack Posobiec and guest host Kevin Posobiec.

Davis, who was at one point thought to want the position of Trump's AG, threatened to throw James in prison after she essentially said she would continue to litigate against the President-elect, "election be damned."

Trump was declared the winner of the 2024 presidential election on Tuesday in what has been seen as a landslide victory, winning both the Electoral College and the popular vote, as well as all seven swing states.

"That's why I had such a very strong and personal reaction against her," Davis stated.

Jack Posobiec noted that Trump's top aides and allies such as Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro have been the victims of this ongoing lawfare from the Biden-Harris regime.

"Yeah, it's ridiculous," Davis responded. "This is the ongoing lawfare against President Trump, his top aides, like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, who already went to prison for asserting constitutional executive privilege."

He added that the regime is going after January 6 Trump supporters, "parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes and high school bathrooms," pro-life Christians, etc. while giving amnesty to the Biden family and members of Antifa and BLM who rioted and destroyed cities in 2020.

"It's just crazy how the Biden-Harris Justice Department let their side run wild for four years and they sent the full force of the intel agencies and the justice system," Davis stated. "This is obvious lawfare. It's obvious election interference."
