Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake sat down to talk with Charlie Kirk on his show Monday to speak of her movement and the urgent need to "vote these leftists out of office."

Lake told Kirk that it's time to "get rid of the bureaucrats, vote these lifer political pawns out of office, and let's get 'we the people' in charge of our government where we actually bring some competency in."

"This is about we the people realizing that what's happened to our lives the last two years has been so outrageous, so un-American, so disgusting, that these moms and dads and grandmas and grandpas and people from all walks of life and our young people as well are rising up and saying 'we're going to chart the course for our future'," Lake added.

Lake then quoted Benjamin Franklins "a Republic if you can keep it" line indicating the importance of civil engagement.

Kirk noted the importance of Lake's election and said "Arizona is a national" race.

Kate then said Arizonians should vote Republican down-ballot, echoing remarks she made earlier in the day on Fox & Friends when she predicted big wins for the GOP in November and said, "We have lots of big issues and the Republicans have all of the solutions."

While speaking to Kirk, Lake hit on a few of the prescient issues of the race including criticizing her Democrat opponent, Katie Hobbs, for her history of racism. She recounted how Hobbs deliberately paid women of color who worked for less than their white malef counterparts and held mock slave auctions in her youth.

Kari Lake has taken a lead in polling over her gubernatorial rival who also has repeatedly refused to debate Lake.

Lake was kicked out of the audience at her own gubernatorial race's town hall during which her Democratic opponent, Katie Hobbs, refused to take the stage with Lake present. After a brief confrontation between Lake, who requested to take the stage alongside her rival, and the event's moderator, the gubernatorial hopeful was forced to leave the auditorium for the forum to begin.

Lake, a Trump-endorsed candidate and former local news correspondent, has also criticized establishment media in the past for their bias in reporting on her candidacy; even as they went so far as to attack her daughter in June.

At CPAC in August, Lake said "This is our moment right now, to prove to our ancestors that their struggles and losses were not done in vain. It is our moment to prove right now how much this country means to us."
