I highly recommend this juice as a simple way to relieve your body’s toxic load. It does require a juicer, but I consider that a long-term investment in your health. I use my juicer every day, several times a day, and would not want to be without it. Drink your juice first thing in the morning, and wait at least 30 minutes before eating breakfast. As always, I suggest using organic ingredients whenever possible.
- 2 stalks of celery
- One handful of kale
- One handful of spinach
- One handful of parsley
Wash vegetables thoroughly and juice them. Save any leftovers in a covered glass container in the refrigerator.
