'Billboard Chris' launches legal appeal against Australia's attempts to remove his post about bestiality-boosting trans activist

Chris Elston, known as "Billboard Chris," has announced his legal appeal against the Australian government's directive to remove his post about Teddy Cook, a trans-identifying activist in Australia.

Cook, who identifies as a man despite being biologically female, has faced controversy for posting on his social media content that includes public nudity, bondage parties, and bestiality, yet was appointed to a World Health Organization expert panel.

After Elston posted criticisms of Cook's activism on X, including the use of Cook's biological pronouns and other critiques, the Australian government ordered Elston to remove his post.

Elston's refusal to remove the post led the Australian government to threaten X with a substantial fine, prompting the social media platform to geo-block the content in Australia. However, X later announced plans to pursue legal action against the Australian government to protect users' free speech rights.

Now, Elston has also initiated legal proceedings against the Australian government, asserting his right to express criticism and opinions freely.

“I am legally appealing the Australian government’s attack on my speech which ordered X to remove my post concerning Teddy Cook, Australia’s resident ‘trans health expert.’” Elston posted on X.

“It is my opinion that one of the principal problems related to trans healthcare is that people running trans health organizations are often in need of mental health help themselves, to put it lightly,” Elston continued. “Many are in need of prison.”

"Ideologues who believe that children are born in the wrong body are dangerous individuals who should have nothing to do with healthcare. Children are beautiful just as they are. No drugs or scalpels needed!"

Elston also posted a link to his website, asking his followers to financially support his campaign to end puberty blockers for children, which he referred to as "child abuse."
