On Wednesday, Hezbollah fired three dozen rocket attacks and drone strikes on Israel, the most the terrorist group has launched in a single day since the October 7 massacre.

According to the Jerusalem Post, there were no injuries, but the attacks did cause significant damage to residential buildings in the town of Kiryat Shmona, and targeted Rosh Hanikra, a coastal kibbutz, as well as Mount Dov.

The increase in attacks followed the IDF (Israel Defence Forces) allegedly killing high-profile Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon and Sayyed Reza Mousavi, a senior commander in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

According to the outlet, the IDF’s attacks to destroy Hezbollah infrastructure south of Lebanon’s Litani River have pushed half of the terrorist group’s forces from the border.

IDF Chief-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi, during a visit with IDF Northern Commander Maj. General Uri Gordon approving new unspecified operational plans, repeated the IDF’s commitment to return security to approximately 80,000 residents in Northern Israel who were evacuated from their homes following the Oct 7 massacre in anticipation of a conflict with Hezbollah.

During the current conflict, Israeli strikes have reportedly killed over 125 Hezbollah fighters and about 25 Palestinian terrorists, and, according to Reuters, over a dozen civilians.
