Kirk, who asserted that O'Keefe is one of the top five most important figures in the conservative moment, slammed the criminal probe and questioned the priorities of the Westchester County District Attorneys' office. According to The Nation, O'Keefe is under investigation for allegedly spending Project Veritas donor money for his "personal luxury." Some of these luxuries included Black Cars, team dance events and flights.
"The local DA in Westchester County is doing what we should be doing to BLM. Doing what we should be doing to Antifa," Kirk said. "James O'Keefe now under criminal investigation for looting Project Veritas."
"That's quite a quite an accusation," Kirk asserted. "For those of you that are Project Veritas donors, do you feel looted? Are you dissatisfied with Project Veritas' output the last couple of years?"
Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, mentioned that while O'Keefe is being targeted by a Democrat District Attorney for alleged looting, Republican District Attorneys have yet to put officials within the Black Lives Matter movement under criminal investigation.
"Looting!" Kirk said. "You mean like BLM? BLM which purchased a $6 million mansion, and filmed one video, raised $100 million, which is five times the operating budget of Project Veritas, and are they getting investigated by a single Republican DA? Of course not."
Despite the extensive documented history of Black Lives Matter Inc.'s excessive spending of donor funds for personal luxury, Kirk said that Democrats turn a blind-eye to crimes committed by their voting base and only go after their political rivals on baseless accusations, or witch hunts.
"What does the left do? All they know is offense. They're a parasitic force against the nation. This one fires me up everybody!" Kirk said. "The Westchester County DA, which by the way they have illegals flooding in from across the world, rapes, arson, crime. What does the Westchester County DA focus on? James O'Keefe."
Kirk told his audience that Republicans can no longer sit idly by and that conservatives need to start playing the left at their own games.
"Is there a single Republican District Attorney in the nation that has the stones to do what Westchester County DA is doing? Right now we should, if we had an opposition party in the country, if we had people that were willing to say, 'You touch one of the top five most important Patriot warriors, James O'Keefe, we're going to investigate BLM,'" Kirk said. "Pick a county, any county. There's a bunch in South Dakota. You might say, 'Well, they don't have jurisdiction.' That's where you're wrong. Because BLM raised money from all 50 states."
"BLM said they're going to do activities in all these different red states. Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, pick your county, pick your DA, pick your fighter. But the bad guys know we will never do that," the host said. "At least the old right will never do that. We're changing that and the media is noticing it."
Kirk explained that conservative figures across the nation are actively being targeted by Democrat District Attorneys, mentioning the recent indictments against former President Donald Trump, former Trump White House officials Steve Bannon and Mark Meadows, Trump's former personal lawyer Rudy Guiliani, and insisted that locking up political opponents is the Democrat Party's biggest goal.
O'Keefe was ousted from Project Veritas by the board of directors earlier this year and went on to found OMG media group. On Thursday, it was revealed that Project Veritas had fired nearly all staff members that stayed with the company following O'Keefe's departure, which stunned the non-profit organization's supporters.
