Black Rifle Coffee, a company that disavowed Rittenhouse after he was seen wearing their t-shirt, has remained silent on all social media accounts following his “not guilty” verdict.

Indeed, Rittenhouse took a post-bail photo wearing a Black Rifle Coffee shirt and BlazeTV host Elijah Schaffer posted the photo with the caption “Kyle Rittenhouse drinks the best coffee in America,” *Breitbart* [reports](https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/11/19/black-rifle-coffee-who-disavowed-rittenhouse-silent-after-not-guilty-verdict/).

Schaffer deleted the tweet and according to a company spokeswoman, they “did have a conversation with \[him\], and he understands that the post was a mistake.”

Evan Hafer, the company’s CEO, also issued a statement disavowing any relationship with Rittenhouse.

“We do not sponsor nor do we have a relationship with the 17-year-old facing charges in Kenosha, WI.”

The company has since received backlash from those on team-right.

After their initial statement, Hafer released a second statement saying the company believes in the Constitution, the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms, and that a person is innocent until proven guilty, but reiterated the company did not sponsor Rittenhouse.
