Kerry just beginning to involve himself in Keystone

According to a Washington Post article on the status of the Keystone Pipeline project, Secretary of State John Kerry is just beginning to tackle the issue.”

The article reports:

On Monday, he started reading the environmental assessment, which runs more than 2,000 pages, according to a State Department official who requested anonymity in order to discuss internal agency deliberations. Kerry will also be briefed on the issue by senior State Department experts “very soon,” the official said.
