- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and saut diced onions until transparent.
3. Place beans, onions, and barbecue sauce in a medium casserole dish, and mix well.
4. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
Serve with rice pilaf and a big salad of mixed greens.
