Obama spokesman says Keystone XL isn’t really dead, it’s just pining for the fjords

The Obama administration loves to claim that it has an ???all-of-the-above approach??? to energy, which is very difficult to swallow, because they spend a lot of time thwarting the development of energy resources they don't like.  ABC reporter Jake Tapper asked White House Press Secretary Jay Carney about this, singling out Obama???s decision to kill the Keystone XL pipeline.  Carney???s jaw-dropping reply was to claim that ???Keystone is a process ??? we haven???t rejected anything.???

It???s been a long time since I???ve seen this level of denial.  Only one example comes close:
